Avenue Manali Group LOYALTY CARD

SCHEME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of Avenue Manali Group Co. who reserve the right to decline to issue or withdraw the card or account at any time, or to alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the Scheme, or to terminate the Scheme at any time without notice.
  2. All participants in the Loyalty Card scheme must be aged 18 years or over.
  3. Your benefits are held in an Account in your name and not on the Loyalty Card itself.
  4. The Loyalty exclusive benefits can only be used by the person or entity to whom the card was issued unless written proof of permission from the cardholder is granted. However more than one card can be registered to a single family so that a number of family members can use the scheme.
  5. Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Avenue Manali Group Co.
  6. The Loyalty Card can only be used only at Avenue Manali Group Property.
  7. Loyalty benefits can only be earned by showing your card before you are billed. Avenue Manali Group Co. reserves the right to refuse points if the card has not been showed and is not obliged to add points retrospectively.
  8. If your card is lost or stolen you must notify Avenue manali Group Co. immediately. We will not accept responsibility for benefits if we have not been notified of loss or theft.
  9. Please note Company will not entertain members if rooms are full.
  10. Room discounts are available on desk (eg. not available on advance bookings) you must have your Loyalty Card for the same.
  11. Late room checkouts are subject to arrivals and availability. Avenue Manali group Co. reserves the right to charge late checkouts in extreme cases.
